Successful work project
Saturdays pond cleaning project at Camp Thorpe in Goshen was a great success. A lot of vegetation was removed from the fishing area making it much easier for the campers to fish without getting snagged. The campers have disabilities but have a great time fishing. There were a total of 8 workers 6 of whom were CVTU members.
Lunch was provided by the camp in appreciation for a job well done.
On June 7 a small group of CVTU members went to the camp and reconditioned all the fishing rods in preparation for the camper fishing derby’s.
